Onboarding set-up
01. Register your account
Create an account at cp.midchains.com using a valid corporate or personal email and mobile number, then verify with multi-factor authentication.
Note: We recommend using a corporate email address for legal entity
02. Choose your profile type
Select Individual (for personal accounts) or Business (for corporate accounts). This determines which questions and documents you'll be asked for next, so ensure you have selected accurately.
03. Upload your documents
Provide clear, uncropped files (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP or PDF).
Note: Requirements vary by account type — see the full checklist below.
04. Verify your identity
A quick liveness check uses your device camera to confirm your identity and match it to your documents.
05. Select your client classification
Choose Retail, Qualified, or Institutional, based on your experience, assets, or entity type.
Retail: I do not meet the Qualified or Institutional requirements.
Qualified: I have sufficient experience AND meet AED 3.5M net assets or AED 700K income.
Institutional: I represent a regulated financial institution.
Note: Requirements vary by account type — see the full checklist below.
